Harvey's has been battering the Texas-Louisiana coast for nearly a week. And, a federal judge has temporarily blocked Texas from implementing tough measures on sanctuary cities.

Razer is releasing every available detail of the company's virtual reality headset, as well as the software that enables it to work as an open source, in order to allow developers to create their own versions.
