Time Warner Cable Already Will Be Sued for Violating Net Neutrality

The net neutrality law has been in place for about 10 days and a web-cam company has already alerted the FCC that Time Warner Cable was playing unfair.

Commercial Network Services (CNS) alleges that Time Warner Cable is unfairly charging it money to carry traffic from webcams that CNS operates in San Diego.
