Mad Max is an open-world game that is set in the post-apocalyptic universe created in the Mad Max films. At the beginning of the game Max is attempting to avoid contact with humanity in the Wasteland. He is searching for relief and he gets into a fight with some warboys.
The game releases September 1, 2015 in North America, September 2, 2015 in Australia and September 4, 2015 in Europe.
Brief History of the Mad Max Franchise
Mad Max is an Australian multi-media franchise that began in 1979 starring Mel Gibson. Gibson went to the audition to support his friend, Steve Bisley, who played the role of Goose in the film. Gibson got into a bar fight the night before and his face was swollen but one of the casting agents told him to come back in three weeks because they needed "freaks". When Gibson returned he charmed the filmmakers and he got the role.
The director of Mad Max, George Miller, would bribe people to work on the film with slabs of beer. In Australia, a slab constitutes a case of 24 cans. Miller used slabs to pay to movie's ambulance drivers, a tractor driver as well as some bikers.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment reports that 60% of the game requires players to drive. The game will include numerous weapons which Max can use against his enemies. The shotgun is known as Max's weapon of choice but the ammo is scarce so melee options are a better choice.
