Oculus Rift Cannot Stay Out of Trouble.

Hawaiian Company Total Recall Technologies (TRT) is accusing Oculus VR founder, Palmer Luckey of stealing confidential information from TRT in violation of a confidentiality agreement that he signed when he left the company.



In 2014, ZeniMax sued Oculus for misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, breach of contract, unfair competition, unjust enrichment, trademark infringement, and false designation for the use of code and technology developed by ZeniMax.
