5 Reasons You Need the Pebble Time

ONE
The e-paper screen stays on at all times.  The e-paper display makes the watch easier to read.  E-paper screens are more legible in daylight than LCDs and they typically have less glare.

TWO
The Pebble Time has 7-days of battery life.  Who wants to take charge their watch every night? Unlike the Apple Watch, the Pebble Time's battery will last you a week!

THREE
The watch is water resistant.  Run in the rain...Jump in the pool! It's up to you!!

FOUR
The watch comes equipped with the new Timeline interface.  Timeline connects to calendars, alarms and applications.

FIVE
There is a built-in microphone.  The microphone allows you to respond to notifications and send voice replies to incoming notifications.

Pebble Time
This is not the first time that a Pebble watch has been able to rake in extraordinary numbers via Kickstarter.  The first Pebble Time released in 2012.  In less than 24 hours the Kickstarter campaign for the new Pebble watch raised nearly $10 million.  The new Pebble is equipped with a color screen, a built-in microphone that can be used to send voice responses.  The screen is a color e-paper screen as opposed to a LCD or OLED.  The new Pebble also includes a newly designed interface, which makes navigating the phone much easier.  The watch is also 20% thinner than the original Pebble.  The Pebbles quick release mechanism enables users to change watch bands quickly.  Overall, the world continues to show its love and support for the Pebble Time loud and clearly!
