Apple v. Tesla: The Battle of the Electric Car

After realizing that the Apple Watch just was not gonna cut it, Apple creating an electric car.  There have been numerous rumors regarding Apple and Tesla employees.  The photo that has been floating around looks far too much like a concept car to be a potential release.  When we consider the iPhone, Apple introduced a new innovative masterpiece to the world.  Can it do the same with the Apple Car?

Driverless

Many reports suggests that the Apple car will be driverless.  Be careful what you wish for people.  How much can you trust Siri behind the wheel?  As driver assistance systems continue to advance, it is certain that autonomous driving could be a possible feature.  There have been numerous developments in recent years that prove that we are getting closer to self-driving vehicles.  Crash-imminent braking and dynamic braking support systems apply the brakes for drivers in order to prevent the severity of an accident.

Timing

The Apple watch could have been a 'filler' for Apple to set the perfect stage to release the new vehicle.  Although the iPhone 6 is great, Apple customers have not received that new innovation that they have been begging for.  Our love for Steve Jobs has made it difficult to accept Tim Cook.  Cook would have seemed far too thirsty if he would have announced the Apple Car in his first few years as CEO of Apple.  Tim, if you make the release of the Apple Car a reality, you will be approved by the masses.
